The star of each dish will be the wine at the annual Winemaker's Degustation Dinner and it promises to be the best Mills Reef vintage yet.
The six-course menu (by Mills Reef head chef Attila Kovac) will be crafted around a selection of red and white wines and presented by Mills Reef chief winemaker Tim Preston.
The 2013 vintage is described as the "best ever" vintage and includes Mills Reef's own award-winning Gimblett Gravels wines.
The menu is worked around the wines - one dish is crispy duck breast with herbed polenta, wild mushroom and truffled reduction matched with Mills Reef Reserve Syrah 2013 and Mills Reef Elspeth Syrah 2013.
