Car fire at Bayfair carpark

Reports have come in of a car fire at Bayfair carpark.

Fire services are responding to the scene, where a car on the top floor of the Bayfair carpark caught fire.

A fire fighter at the scene said they were unsure of how the fire started.

To put the fire out fire services had to haul a hose up the side of the building.

A reporter at the scene said the car involved was "a real mess" but no one had been injured and there was no damage to nearby cars.
