"Fletcher is amazing and we're stoked he will be performing at the carnival, which is a real bonus for us," he says.
"No doubt he will sing Sushi - the name of the song he wrote and dedicated to his cat that ran away and launched his career."
And no Carnival is complete without the usual activities, and this year is no exception, Harris says.
"There is going to be something for everyone, with mini jeeps, a mini Ferris wheel, chair'o'plane, boat swing, arcade games and inflatable slides to name a few."
He says another exciting concept will be the Carnival's kids' market.
This will give youngsters the opportunity to get creative and innovative by selling items, from handmade jewellery, art and crafts to produce, fruit and plants, not to mention toys, books and clothes, alongside adult stall-holders.
Those in need of refreshment are catered for as well with numerous food stands, Mr Whippy, candyfloss and hotdogs available throughout the day.
