Family fitness fun business starting soon

This year I had my first child and before having him I was so active into all sorts of sports and loving the gym.

When he came along I found it hard to get to the gym or do those exercises as it isn't easy to just drop him off especially since we don't have any family in the area, so i went walking but found this just wasn't enough.

Having the passion for fitness and also wanting to meet people as I am also new to the area I decided to take my idea to the next level and start my own business which targets mums and bubs a circuit work fitness camp where you actually use your baby during your routine, making it fun and getting mums out and healthy again whilst having a chat.

Not to mention the dads who sometime's struggle with those extra few pounds during the pregnancy.

So come Jan the 15th next year I will be launching my business for the whole family no matter what age I will have a class for you that will be fun and invigorating at the same time. I hope to get into the schools and help the kids with this to.

Bringing fun to fitness for the whole family is my goal.

I'm hoping that people share my enthusiasm and come on down to the mount sports centre on the 15th and join in.
