New Zealand's leading celebrity cook, food writer and publisher Annabel Langbein will visit the Western Bay this week to promote her new cookbook Simple Pleasures.

Annabel will visit Paper Plus stores in Fraser Cove, Tauranga and Mount Maunganui tomorrow afternoon to meet fans and sign copies of her cookbook.

Annabel
is the star of her own international television series, Annabel Langbein The Free Range Cook, and has written 19 cookbooks, of which about two million copies have been sold in Europe, North America and Australasia.

Her books have also won numerous international awards and been translated into other languages.

"In the rush and bustle of daily life it's easy to feel overwhelmed, as though there's never enough time to stop and just be,'' said Annabel.
