15 Minute meal: Hot Beef Pita

Ingredients:
500g lean minced beef

1/2 tsp each: ground cumin, garam masala, salt

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tbsp each: dried milk powder, yoghurt

2 large pita breads, halved

Method:
Combine beef with the seasonings, yoghurt and milk powder. Form into 4 patties. Cook under a hot grill or on a lightly greased pan for 4 minutes each side. Serve between pita bread. Great topped with more yoghurt, diced onion and shredded lettuce. - Serves 4
