Senator Bob Graham of Florida, trailing his 2004 Democratic rivals in fundraising and opinion polls, dropped his presidential bid yesterday after deciding that he could not catch up.
A three-term senator and former chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Graham trailed in the polls and had struggled to raise enough money to stay viable in a field of 10 Democratic candidates.
