Fly Buys has offered to refund points used on Dreamworld vouchers to customers in light of the tragic deaths of four people at the theme park this week.
In an email to a customer who had spent Fly Buys points on a Dreamworld voucher, Fly Buys offered to refund the points "given the circumstances".
Four people, including New Zealander Cindy Low, 42, died after the Thunder River Rapids ride malfunctioned on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, a leading travel agent has refunded six customers who had purchased tickets to Dreamworld.
House of Travel spokeswoman Alex Hema said they had refunded six Dreamworld tickets purchased through them, but had not had any cancellations for Gold Coast holidays.
"Because of the large number of Kiwis travelling to the Gold Coast each year and the wide range of activities for families in the Gold Coast, at this stage we are not anticipating an impact on overall bookings to the Gold Coast going forward."
