Two men pretending to be police officers have tied a man up and bundled him into the boot during an abduction in Melbourne.
The victim was leaving his workplace in North Road in Ormond, in Melbourne's south-east, when a car pulled up around 10pm on Thursday.
Two men got out of the car and told the the victim they were police, then tied his hands and forced him into the boot.
The men drove to a car park in the nearby suburb where they assaulted the man.

Police say the man managed to flee from his attackers and flag down a passing motorist.
The 30-year-old St Kilda East man was taken to the Alfred Hospital with minor injuries.
