THE Wanganui region's best speedstackers who have taken their skills to the world stage compete at home again on Saturday during the Central Districts Sport Stacking Championships.
The championships will be held at the Wanganui Girls College Gymnasium, from about 8.40am through to 4pm.
Feilding's Ben Flightly finished third overall in the world at the 2015 world championships in Montreal, while Wanganui Girls' Jasmine Anthony made the top 10 of the female 13-14 year division, and Cullinane College's Allanah Millar earned a top-10 placing in one of the three divisions.
All three were selected again for next year's world championships in Germany, although Millar will not attend.
Turakina/Marton competitor Caleb Arthur has also confirmed he will attend Germany 2016, having been selected for the New Zealand team for the past couple of years but not being able to travel.
There is a considerable cost for New Zealand speedstackers, who must raise funds to attend the world champs.
