Engines are warming up and crowds are beginning to pack in, all in anticipation for Whanganui's annual Boxing Day Cemetery Circuit.
With an 11.30am start, people from all over the country and abroad are pouring through the gates to snatch up the best possie and catch a glimpse of their favourite racers.
After an early-morning dose of rainfall the weather has cleared and grounds have dried up ready for what has been said to be the biggest Cemetery Circuit yet.
The day will jammed packed with 19 races each doing 6-10 laps around the Heads Rd-Guyton St-Ridgway St bend at eye-watering speeds in excess of 200km/h.
Racers include sidecars, super bikes, pre 89 post classics and more.
British DJ Carl Cox has his motor sports tent set up in the pit area and will be performing later tonight at Whanganui's Frank bar on Victoria Ave.
On track, the warm-up and qualifying races have started and will determine each racers' place on the grid.
Spectators are eagerly watching and waiting on the sidelines to see who will take out this year's Suzuki Series finale.
