We are seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our team at BakerAg.
BakerAg is an Agribusiness Company focused on Sheep & Beef and Dairy Consulting and Property Valuation. Our Head Office is situated in Masterton and we have clients throughout New Zealand.
The role requires the receptionist to be the front line contact for the business so this person will need to establish a positive rapport as the first point of contact with our clients.
Along with reception, the position involves secretarial duties and the successful applicant will need to have a high level of typing and report formatting skills. It would be an advantage if this person had knowledge of general bookkeeping and debtor and creditors systems, and experience with the Xero accounting package. The position will offer a variety of tasks and the receptionist will need to be adaptable, positive to change and be able to organise their day around the priorities of the consultants and associates.
The key competencies of the receptionist are:
• Excellent communication skills with a welcoming nature.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Photoshop and InDesign software.
• Excellent typing and formatting skills.
