ALMOND MILK AND HONEY PORRIDGE
Serves 4

• 1 ½ cups large wholegrain oats
• ¼ tsp salt
• 3 cups milk or almond milk
• 1 banana, sliced
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 2 tsp carob powder
• ½ cup toasted coconut, plus extra for garnish
• ¼ cup pistachio nuts, chopped roughly
