Actor Kate Hudson has worn two looks in one week from New Zealand brand Maggie Marilyn, another high profile coup for designer Maggie Hewitt.
The Almost Famous star chose a ruffled blazer from the brand's upcoming Resort 2018 collection for an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, followed by a full look from its debut collection (pictured) for an appearance at the Hearst Magazines Unbound Access MagFront in New York.
Kate, who is about to release a second lifestyle guide called Pretty Fun, is currently filming Sisters, co-written and directed by musician Sia.
The actor joins other well-known fans of the brand, including models Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss, influencer Margaret Zhang and Teen Vogue editor-in-chief Elaine Welteroth.
Auckland-based Maggie has had a very successful year, with her clothes now stocked in influential international boutiques Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Net-a-Porter.com, Moda Operandi and Shopbop.
In September, UK Vogue profiled the designer and her "stratospheric ascent".
