Jacinda Ardern's recent effect on politics has brought a few new words to New Zealand's lexicon with terms such as "Jacindamania" and "Jacindarella" being bandied about in the media.
On The Country today, host Jamie Mackay told the Labour Leader about a not-so complimentary term coined by a farmer - "Jacindageddon." Ardern is not fazed by the term, saying "I'd like to meet him, have a conversation."
There are a few conversations Jacinda will be having if Labour gets into power in September, especially when it comes to tax.
Regional fuel tax, water tax and a possible capital gains tax have been brought up recently but Ardern is quick to point out that she will have discussions around these issues with a group of experts "as you would with a business."
