A Canadian company has bought one of New Zealand's hottest tech companies - NextWindow. The deal was announced today which sees NextWindow fully acquired by Smart Technologies, a maker of smart whiteboards.
NextWindow had a turnover of $40 million in 2009 and listed Dell, HP and Sony among its customers.
The Auckland based NextWindow was founded in 2001 and designs and manufactures touch-screens for computer displays.
