As the Tokyo Olympic Games enters its final weekend, we look back at a week of firsts for Kiwi athletes - with Lisa Carrington winning a third gold medal to become New Zealand's most decorated Olympian in history, and Team NZ claiming its biggest medal haul in history.

We also saw two stunning silver medals on the cycling track (after a heartbreaking crash in the men's team pursuit), shot put and boxing bronze and a dramatic finish in Peter Burling and Blair Tuke's race for gold in the 49er.
