All Blacks duo Brodie Retallick and Nathan Harris have returned to replenish the Chiefs' starting forwards pack for their clash against the Stormers in Cape Town on Sunday.
The pair were named on the bench for last week's loss to the Jaguares, but have been called back into the starting group which has seen a reshuffle in the pack.
Impressive lock Tyler Ardron will move to the No.8 jersey with Retallick's returns at lock alongside Michael Allardice. With Sam Cane unavailable, Liam Messam will again line up at openside flanker, with Luke Jacobson drawing the start on the blindside.
In the backline, Johnny Fa'auli returns in the midfield, while Shaun Stevenson will make his return from injury from the bench.
It will be an important night for the Chiefs, with halfback Brad Weber and midfielder Anton Lienert-Brown running out for their 50th Super Rugby matches.
"Getting to 50 games for each of these two men is a good reward for their commitment to the Chiefs Rugby Club for a number of years," coach Colin Cooper said. "Both have displayed Chiefs Mana each time they've played, and it is great to be involved with them as a coach."
