Dame Valerie Adams shows nothing can stand in the way of her shot put goals - not even being 32 weeks' pregnant.
The champion shot putter, who is expecting her second child in April, posted a video to her Instagram page showing another one of her training sessions.
"Excuse the belly people but I had so much fun throwing my steel balls around yesterday," she posted with the video, adding that "at 32 weeks' pregnant this was always going to happen".
Facebook users were inspired by Adams' dedication to the sport.
"You're a bloody legend Val! An inspiration for all women," someone said.
"Don't apologise for showing your baby bump. You're doing great mama bear. Only a couple of months to go and your wee one will be a big sister," another person commented.
"You have been so inspiring to watch train, especially during your pregnancies....in absolute awe! You are an incredible role model for our girls, thank you," someone else said.
The video had nearly 6,000 views in just a couple of hours.
The shotput legend already has daughter Kimoana with husband Gabriel Price and the couple makes no secret of how excited they are to be growing the family this year.
The 34-year-old champion seems to still be on track for her fifth Olympic Games in Tokyo 2020.
