Tyson Fury may be a smooth mover in the ring but by his own withering assessment, his dancing isn't up to much.
The former heavyweight champion shared a video of himself strutting his stuff on top of a crash mat during a training session.
And on reflection, Fury admitted he hadn't looked quite as impressive as he'd felt at the time.
He added the caption: "When you think you have moves, but realise that your just a fat mess lol. Who says working out can't be fun."
Fury raised his arms aloft as he bounced to the beat but unusually his timing was embarrassingly awry.
The 29-year-old is working on making his comeback to the squared circle and is clearly enjoying the process of getting back into fighting shape.
He has been just as active on social media as he has been in the gym, regularly calling out the big names of the heavyweight division.
Most recently Fury addressed Tony Bellew, saying he would be willing to step in for David Haye who withdrew from his scheduled scrap with the 'Bomber'.
Fury said: "Like I said before Tony, you want to fight a real man, you want to fight the best heavyweight in the world, the heavyweight that beat everybody else, the heavyweight that never lost a fight, the real heavyweight champion of the world. I'm ready and waiting."
A return to action would be predicated on the British Boxing Board of Control sanctioning his comeback following a hearing with the UK anti-doping agency as Fury is still serving a doping ban.
