Kiwi poker player Jamie Mulligan holds the chip lead on the final day of the New Zealand Poker Championship Main Event at Christchurch casino.
159 poker players put up $1650 to enter Christchurch casino's marquee tournament which has generated a prizepool of $238,500.
After the completion of Day 1a on Friday and Day 1b on Saturday, Mulligan holds 280,700 in chips where the average for the remaining 34 players is 117,00.
The Main Event champion will take home $55,000 in prizemoney and the top 16 players will all make the money.
Play will resume today at 11.30am at Christchurch casino.
