SHARJAH, United Arab Emirates (AP) Afghanistan captain Mohammad Nabi won the toss and chose to bat against Pakistan in the Twenty20 match at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on Sunday.
It's the first ever Twenty20 international between the two countries as Pakistan gears up for next week's two T20 matches against Sri Lanka.
Batsman Sharjeel Khan makes his international debut for Pakistan.
Pakistan included three fast bowlers Bilawal Bhatti, Sohail Tanvir and Junaid Khan and three spinners in Zulfiqar Babar, Shahid Afridi and captain Mohammad Hafeez.
Pakistan is without leading offspinner Saeed Ajmal who will be joining the team for the series against Sri Lanka which also includes five one-day internationals and three test matches.
