England's promising a bigger Rugby World Cup in 2015 - but admits it will be a battle re-producing the passion seen in New Zealand.
The country's tournament boss Paul Vaughan is currently in the country and says England will face different challenges when it hosts the event.
He says it's been fascinating to see how New Zealand is embracing the tournament.
"Yes we've got the scale in order to deliver a big world cup but we don't have necessarily that engagement that you have here in New Zealand,'' he told Newstalk ZB.
Mr Vaughan says England has nine million rugby followers of a population of 60 million.
