Dutchman Guus Hiddink says he is almost certain to take over as Russia's soccer coach after the World Cup.
His agent, Cees van Nieuwenhuizen, told Dutch TV the contract would last two years with an option for two more.
Russia failed to qualify for the Cup in Germany, which begins on June 10.
Hiddink is part-time coach of Australia, who qualified for the Cup this year for the first time since 1974. Soccer Australia has known for some time Hiddink would be leaving.
