About $200,000 worth of prizes will be up for grabs at this year's Rotorua Daily Post Home and Leisure Show - with the major prize offering a welcome break from the chilly Rotorua winter.
Rotorua Daily Post advertising manager Janine Davy said this year's show, on July 15-17, would offer its biggest pool of prizes and show specials to date.
The show will feature more than 200 stands, cooking demonstrations, fun for the kids and big prizes.
The major prize this year is a trip for two to Fiji, flying with Fiji Airways, staying five nights at the Treasure Island Resort, including transfers.
This trip is supplied by helloworld Rotorua and is valued at more than $6000.
Owner/manager of helloworld Rotorua Deborah Kay said Fiji was a lovely, relaxing destination, particularly at this time of year.
She said she had been to the Treasure Island Resort two years ago and was going back in three weeks. Mrs Kay said it was a "fabulous" resort for couples or families.
Showgoers can also visit the Professionals team and go in the draw to win a 2016 Ford Kuga Trend, valued at $46,000.
Travel and accommodation vouchers with Classic Escapes valued at more than $100,000 will also be up for grabs.
Other prizes on offer include a wood burner from The Fire Man, Snoozer Queen Sleep Set from Beds4U, retro-style television cabinet from Exotic Imports, a grocery gift basket from Eves Realty, a 12-month aquatic gym membership from Gold's Health and Fitness, a bike from Ray White, Home Safe Kits from First National Real Estate and a first aid kit and manual from St John.
Through Seddon Portrait House people could also win a masterpiece portrait, professional photo shoot and desk portrait valued at over $1000.
The show will be held at the Energy Events Centre from 10am to 5pm on the Friday and Saturday, and from 10am till 4pm on the Sunday. The cost is $5 per adult and free for under-12s.
