It encompasses 18,600sq m of buildings on 2.9104ha of land with a flexible General Business zoning. A total of 12 tenancies are spread across 10 main buildings with extensive yard space.
East Tamaki warehouse
A 1328sq m freehold industrial property consisting of warehouse space and two levels of offices on a 1960sq m site at 17 Stonedon Dr, East Tamaki, has sold by private treaty for $2,555,000, representing a yield of 5.89 per cent. The deal was brokered by Jolyon Thomson and Jeremy Barnett of Colliers International Industrial Division.
Tauranga CBD building
A 1050sq m commercial building with three tenants on a 2192sq m site at 160-168 Devonport Rd, in Tauranga's CBD, sold for $2.95m at a 4.9 per cent yield though Lloyd Davidson and Jo Stewart, Bayleys Tauranga.
Onehunga corner site
A 1563sq m corner site in two titles at 8-10 O'Rorke Street, Onehunga, with frontage also to Neilson St and zoned Mixed Use (height limit 21m), sold with vacant possession for $2.65m at a land value of $1695.5 per sq m through James Valintine and James Hill, Bayleys Auckland. It has large yard areas with multiple buildings including two dwellings converted for office and storage.
Otahuhu property with parking
A 608 sq m commercial building and surrounding car parking on 2064sq m of land, zoned Terrace Housing and Apartments, at 7 Piki Thompson Way, Otahuhu has sold for $1.7m at a land value of $823 per sq m and a 3.87 per cent yield through Dave Stanley, Bayleys South Auckland. The property is leased to Maori services provider Te Roopu Taurima O Manukau until July 2021.
Albany Korean restaurant unit
An 82sq m retail unit at 4 Arrenway Dr, Albany leased to a longstanding Korean restaurant on a four-year term from April 2017 sold after a Bayleys Total Property auction for $588,000 at a 6.25 per cent yield through Mustan Bagasra, Bayleys Orewa and David Han, Bayleys North Shore Commercial.
