Outlook following 3 days: Rising early Tuesday westerly 35 knots with very rough sea, becoming late Tuesday morning southwest 25 knots. Easing Tuesday evening variable 10 knots but southwest 15 knots in the west. Southwest rising for a time Thursday 25 knots in the west. Heavy southwest swell in the west, easing Wednesday. Moderate westerly swell in the east, easing Wednesday.
