SUVA - Fiji coup leader George Speight and his brother Jim appear to have assembled their legal team in preparation for a return to court on Monday.
Joining local lawyer Kitione Vuetaki is Australian Mark Gumbert.
Mr Gumbert had represented Speight and several others when they challenged the state for detaining them on Nukulau island without charges at the time.
Last month, an American hired by George Speight to represent him was arrested by Fiji police.
Navin Naidu – a self-proclaimed lawyer from Seattle, Washington - is accused of presenting fake papers in his submission to Fiji's High Court for temporary admission to the Fiji bar.
He will appear in court later today.
