Green Party leader James Shaw will join NZME's Tristram Clayton for a Facebook Live Q+A tonight from 8pm.
Shaw was appointed co-leader of the Green Party of Aotearoa New Zealand in 2015, the year after being elected into Parliament.
He got into politics after returning to New Zealand from a 12-year stint in London, where he was a management consultant.
His Master's degree in sustainable development and business leadership sparked his interest in sustainable economics so he moved back to Wellington, where he was born and bred, with the goal of getting into parliament.
Shaw wants New Zealand to become a high tech post-carbon economy and believes the right leadership can make it happen.
He became the sole party leader for the Greens last month when Metiria Turei resigned following her benefit controversy.
