Fog over Auckland has lifted and Auckland Airport is working to clear a backlog of flights.
Earlier this morning at least 25 flights had been cancelled due to the fog.
All of the flights were domestic services to and from regional destinations, and international flights were not affected.
The airport said in a statement the conditions have now lifted and it is working to clear a backlog of flights.
Passengers are advised to check with their airline or the airport website for flight updates.
Fullers ferry services in Auckland were also delayed due to the conditions.
