The sentencing of entertainer and recidivist drink-driver Jon Gadsby has been postponed.
Gadsby, 57, was caught driving in June near his Christchurch home with a breath alcohol level two-and-a-half times over the legal limit.
It is his third drink driving conviction.
The comedian and television actor is now potentially facing a prison sentence.
His sentencing was scheduled for today in the Christchurch District Court but was delayed over an issue with the venue and availability of the judge.
Previous delays in his sentencing have occurred because the judges knew Gadsby, who has studied law in the past.
Gadsby declined to speak to the NZ Herald.
