The BNZ Bank was justified in sacking a Northland staff member for bullying and intimidating some of her co-workers, the Employment Relations Authority has found. Louise Sandra Helean, of Whangarei, was sacked as a private partner of BNZ's Northland branch in July 2010 after the bank investigated complaints made against her by several co-workers.
