BP Oil has dropped their petrol and diesel prices by 4 cents a litre today.
This takes 91 unleaded to $208.9 cents per litre, 95 unleaded to $216.9 cents per litre and diesel to $151.9 cents per litre.
The drop in price was possible because of a strong New Zealand dollar and weakening international fuel prices this month, BP managing director Mike McGuinness said.
Caltex spokeswoman Sharon Buckland said Caltex would make a decision on fuel prices tomorrow.
Shell, Mobil and Gull could not be reached for comment.
