Several people have been arrested after a street brawl in South Auckland.
Police say dozens of people were involved in the fight at Kopara Place in Clendon Park.
The first calls from locals came at about 1.45am reporting people fighting with makeshift weapons such as fence palings.
Police say trouble started when gatecrashers tried to get into a party in Kopara Place, after which a group of people spilled out onto the street.
One witness said they'd seen a gun being brandished, but no weapon was recovered.
