An Auckland clifftop mansion and property belonging to New Zealand's wealthiest man is now valued at $22 million - significantly more than the $930,000 businessman Graham Hart and his wife Robyn paid for it in 1993.
Mr Hart's two hectare Glendowie property overlooking Tamaki Estuary was now worth $15.5 million, with the mansion worth a further $6.5 million, the Herald reported.
At the nearby waterfront, the world's 110th-richest man keeps his 58m motor yacht Ulysses. The ship has seven staterooms, has a crew of nine and was estimated to be worth more than $100m.
