A well known New Zealand drummer has appeared in court on drugs charges.
Jay "Bula" Foulkes appeared in the Auckland District Court facing three charges of manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine, the Sunday News reported.
Foulkes, 45, who plays with The Jordan Luck Band was bailed to his fellow band member, Jordan Luck's Auckland house.
Court documents allege Foulkes possessed and supplied methamphetamine between January 3 and March 25, and manufactured the drug between January 1 and September 22.
Foulkes has denied the charges.
