Shell on Fergussen was still cheapest in Palmerston North at 1pm this afternoon - diesel was still $1.799 and 91 hadn't risen yet either.

I'm embarrassed to say that petrol here in Saudi is 16.1 nzd cents for 91 and 21.5 nzd cents for 95. To fill my Camry it costs $9.60. We are back in NZ in July and expect that our Mondeo will cost around $125 to fill up, 13 times the cost here.

When I first got my car(April 2007), it cost $40 to fill up form empty to full, last week I filled up at Shell, 91, it cost $82. Today I filled up at Gull, it was $91 $2.109 per litre!
Our closest station, Mobil Mt Roskill are now $2,12.9L for 91 octane.
I dont see how New Zealanders are going to be able to pull through these continuous price rises for items of daily living.

At a Shell Station on Waiheke Island I paid 2.219 $/l for $30.00 worth of 95 octane petrol at 11.35 a.m. today, prices could not have gone up yet. However my Fly Buys card was rejected because I had not bought 20 litres of petrol, the previous deal was 1 point for $20.00. Needless to say I will not be putting myself out to fill up at this Service Station where I have been a cash customer for 35 years.
The cost of 91 petrol at Pak N Save Fuel Mangere (operated by BP) is $2.129. With the voucher (10c after a $40 purchase at the Pak N Save), it comes down to $2.029. A grand total of $3.15 saved...
The petrol price for 91 in Palmerston North (BP on Pioneer Highway) was $2.06 last night. Absolutely crazy price. Diesel is now the price 91 was 2 months ago. How much longer can they get away with this and why are we letting them? I've started to use the train rather than pay the extortionate prices.
Shell in Albany on main highway is 91 Octane $2.06.9, 95 Octane $2.11.9 and Diesel is $1.78.9. I filled up this morning just in case it goes up any further.
Yesterday I paid $2.12.9 a litre for 91 at a local BP in Gisborne, unfortunately I didn't have time to go to town, so it was only $20 worth, so will go and buy some groceries this afternoon with high hopes of getting a fuel discount voucher.

Kaikoura - 91 Octane petrol here is $2-21 per litre
I live in Tonga (NZ citizen). Standard petrol (there is no choice) on main island, Tongatapu, is 3.30 paanga a litre, that's about $2.60NZ. Another tongan island group, Vavau it's 3.50 paanga. That's the price of living in paradise. It's cold at the moment about 20 Celsius.

Driving home from Whitianga last night to Hamilton, we needed petrol and stopped in Tairua. We were going to fill up, but with 91 at 2.169 a litre we got just enough to get us back to Hamilton where the prices varied between 2.069 and 2.129 for 91. Where will it end?

I live on Waiheke Island and filled my car last evening at the BP in Oneroa. The cost was $2.139/lt. I was told that their prices had not increased during the week and would today be going up by 12 cents making the new price $2.259/lt

The BP on the Southern Motorway, between the Papakura and Drury turnoffs is ALWAYS 1c dearer than any other petrol station in the area. Currently 2.13.9. Disgusting profiteering.
