An Auckland hair transplant surgeon who worked for four years without a practising certificate has lost an appeal seeking a judicial review of the way he was treated by medical authorities. The Appeal Court declined to uphold any aspect of Miles Roger Wislang's appeal and ordered him to pay $10,000 in costs.
