In a surprise move, Kamo coach Russell Baddeley has been appointed North Force's Northern League First Division coach for the 2006 season.
Last season's captain Clive Adams was named as Baddeley's assistant with the duo replacing Paul Cross at the helm of Northland's top team.
Cross decided he wanted to focus on playing, rather than coaching, next season, after spending the last five years with coaching as his main focus.
Cross will remain in the "coaching fold" at the franchise club and will offer his services as required.
Last year's North Force reserve Jerome Luiten had indicated an interest in the top job but will instead focus on attaining further coaching qualifications in 2006 as well as coaching the Northland under-15 team.
The club has yet to appoint its reserve team coach.
United Soccer One development officer Adam Hayne will be the newly formed North Force women's team coach competing in the United Soccer One first division.
Hayne coached the FC Whangarei women's team to success in the Northland competition last season as well as acheiving good results in national and regional knockout competitions
Judy Oliver will manage the women's team.
Kamo's Brad Flower, who was the manager of the first team last year, will become the club's "director of football" - a newly created position that will see him interface directly between the club's coaches and the North Force board.
His former role as manager of the first team is yet to be filled and the reserve team is also looking for a manager.
