Ribbonwood is an independent harvesting partnership that primarily harvests, carts and markets wood outside of the commercial forest estates and provides harvesting services for private forest owners.
We currently have a Swing Yarder operator position available in our Whitianga based crew.
The ideal candidate will be experienced, extremely reliable andable to operate a Swing Yarder and run hauler systems at the highest level.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter and be able to actively participate in machine maintenance and care. The ability to plan, manage extraction and think in advance on your own is essential.
Knowledge and expertise with a wide range of Hauler systems would be an advantage.
