1. Human Resources
Knowledge and experience in recruitment, employment relations and payroll legislation.
2. Technology
Great computer skills which includes the use of excel, publisher, word and powerpoint with the ability to adapt to changing technology.
3. Financial
Knowledge and experience in payroll and accounts receivable.
4. Leadership
Understands the concepts of 'team' and can lead and practice with a participative approach.
5. Quality
An understanding of Total Quality Management processes.
A relevant tertiary qualification would be an advantage.
