Latin superstar Ricky Martin, who in 2000 was the hottest property in pop music, is returning to New Zealand for his first show since the Livin' La Vida Loca era.
Martin, 42, who has recently been a judge on The Voice Australia, will be playing four NZ arena shows in April 2015 as part of his One World Tour.
"I am so excited to bring my new One World Tour to New Zealand next year and see all of my loving and loyal Kiwi fans after such a long, long time," Martin, said in the announcement.
"I am looking forward to playing some new material that I have been working on this year, some of my classics and perhaps a few surprises!"
Martin's NZ dates are:
Auckland: Vector Arena, Friday April17
Wellington: TSB Arena Saturday, April 18
Hamilton: Claudelands Arena, Sunday April 19
Christchurch: CBS Arena, Tuesday April 21
Martin's previous NZ performance was at Mt Smart Stadium in October 2000 in a show which was delayed a day due to heavy rain.
He also made headlines by going skydiving on his day off before the concert.

Comedian Bill Bailey in Limboland
British comedy star Bill Bailey is heading back to New Zealand in November with his Limboland tour.
The new show is themed on "the gap between how we imagine our lives to be and how they really are" and as well as stand-up it will feature Bailey's trademark musical talents on a wide range of genres. Though possibly not Latin pop.
