A young musician will walk away from the Auckland Town Hall tomorrow night with more than $25,000 as the inaugural winner of the Michael Hill World Violin Competition.
The three finalists have been chosen from more than 60 applicants around the world. They will each perform a concerto with the Auckland Philharmonia.
