Let us all take a moment to salute Joe Pellatt, who just won a legion of fans on the internet for his wonderfully savage birthday message to his daughter.
In fact, some are calling it the "best dad joke of all time" (which is a huge call, because there is some solid dad-gagging on the internet ... exhibit A):
Anyway, Raylin Pellatt, a student at Michigan State University shared her father's Facebook message on her 21st birthday on her Twitter account:
The post quickly got the seal of approval (SEE WHAT I DID THERE) and was liked more than half a million times.
The response was swift and positive.
Raylin told Buzzfeed that since the Tweet went viral she has been hearing from people she hasn't talked to in years, and is amazed by how far it's spread.
"We've loved seeing how far the tweet has been going and have been talking about it in our family group chat with my mum and sister all weekend," she said.
But, in classic dad form, the person who appreciated it most was Joe himself.
Don't go changin', Joe.
