A man who built a career on teaching lonely men how to pick up women has pocketed millions of dollars and six houses in the process.
Denzel Jones bought six homes in Australia worth more than $3million today, more than double what he paid for them in just four years.
How did the 33-year-old art director do it?
Jones' School of Attraction classes charge $4,250 for a three-month course which claims to give men the skills needed to charm women.
He has mentored over 100 men but told Real Estate the confidence classes are a reflection on how to get what you want in life.
He said the key is to be proactive.
"House prices are expensive so a lot of people assume they can't get into the housing market and don't do anything."
Jones entered the property market in 2007 when he bought a $215,000 studio before flicking it off for $318,000 six years later.
He then bought three more properties in the space of one year , making more than $600,000 in profit off the three homes.
Jones credits School of Attraction for his success with women and in the property market, saying it helped shape him from an unsatisfied man into someone who valued himself and the type of women he allows to enter his life.
"The anxiety that usually clouded my judgment when approaching life's challenges, turned into excitement and anticipation," he said.
"Now as a coach at SOA, I look to bring out the fire in all our students and help them get the most out of themselves, as I know we all have so much to offer, especially to women."
Despite some negative reaction to the School of Attraction, Jones says they promise to teach men how to attract women without lying and manipulating.
The School of Attraction website says: "A great man has respect for women and expects women to respect him in return."
