As New Zealanders and Australians mark the centenary of Anzac Day England will be in the midst of royal fever, awaiting news of the birth of the newest member of the royal family.

The second child of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge is due to be born on Anzac Day.

The Daily Mail has reported that April 25 is the due date of the baby brother or sister for Prince George, third in line to the throne.

The Duchess gave a hint last week at a charity event, saying the baby was due "mid-April to the end of April", and the Daily Mail said sources had confirmed the due date of April 25.
