This is so simple, like a cheesecake without a crust.
1 Whip together 250g of sour cream, 200g of cream cheese, 1 cup of icing sugar, 2 tbsp of passionfruit pulp and the juice of a lemon .
2 Allow to firm in the fridge.
3 Dice some fresh paw paw and mix it with a guava or redcurrant jelly, the spreadable kind, not jelly crystals.

4 Pipe or shape the sour cream mix into a bowl to make a nest.
5 Spoon in the paw paw, add some diced strawberries and, if you like, scatter with pomegranate seeds. Garnish with mint.
