During her hotpant era, Kylie skated for miles to tone the thighs and buttocks.
Now she uses ballet moves in her workouts for toning and, to firm up, she does resistance exercises on the Power Plate vibration platform.

The hamstring curl, using an exercise ball, tones the backs of the thighs.
* Lie on your back and press your heels into the top, middle section of the ball.
* Extend your legs to roll the ball out slightly, put your feet together and point your toes, with your arms on the floor.
* Raise your hips and tighten your abdomen, pulling the ball towards you until your feet are flat on its surface.
* Slowly push the ball back to its starting position and repeat 20 times.
