High street chain Gap has confirmed it is in discussions with Joss Stone about the British soul sensation becoming the next face of its advertising campaign.
The 17-year-old star would replace Sex and the City actress Sarah Jessica Parker in the chain's worldwide marketing. Other famous names who have appeared in previous advertising campaigns for Gap include Madonna and Missy Elliott.
Devon-born Stone has swapped her normal bohemian clothes for a sophisticated look in this month's issue of Vogue, published today.
