With Meghan and Harry touring around New Zealand, there is no doubt they have sparked royal fever across the country — and now Kiwis could have a chance to win a slice of the British Royal lifestyle themselves.
A mansion in the UK worth $4.5 million is up for grabs in a world-first global "win a mansion" competition. All you need to do is purchase a ticket online for less than $20.
The winner will get to enjoy their 10-acre, four-bedroom estate located in the picturesque county of Devon, southwest England, from day one.
The home will come fully furnished with designer furniture, along with staff members and a stocked wine cellar.
The mansion has amazing additions including a swimming pool, gym, three-hole golfing green and separate self-contained apartment.
The winner will not have to worry about bills for a year and if they can't move to the UK they are allowed to rent or sell the estate.
Along with the amazing home the winner also gets a Rolls-Royce car and $99,000 cash.
There are $19,000 runner-up prizes to be won as well.
Inside the lavish mansion
Behind the double-door entrance is a large reception area with an impressive staircase that leads up to four large bedrooms with en suites.
There is also a master suite that features a dressing room, sitting room area and bathroom with large whirlpool and mood-lit bath.
On the ground floor is a grand living area featuring a fireplace as well as an elaborate dining room and bar.
The home also has a library and a fully equipped kitchen with French doors leading to a private, walled garden.
Outside, the winner can enjoy a large entertaining terrace with a BBQ area that overlooks the lawn.
In the basement is a utility room, a drying room, storage rooms and an expansive wine cellar, ready for the winner to celebrate their new home.
Previous owners
The current owners, a couple who wish to remain anonymous, said they will be donating 20 per cent of all proceeds to 11 charities.
"Our passion is to give others a helping hand after we were supported by our first employer when we started out in business all those years ago," the said.
"Our house holds many fond family memories, but now we want to use the home we designed and built to aid a host of wonderful charities, as well as giving someone the chance to become an instant millionaire.
"It's lovely to think that someone, somewhere around the world will win what is."
